The Saunders family is celebrating 37 years on the Farm by cooking up some fresh food and fun in its new state of the art commercial kitchen facility.  This new 185m2 kitchen took 4 years of planning before construction began this Spring. This new kitchen facility will help Saunders Farm offer more healthy, local and delicious foods.

DURING CONSTRUCTION OF OUR NEW KITCHEN FACILITY WE WILL ONLY BE OFFERING A LIMITED BARBEQUE MENU AT ANNABELLE'S ICE CREAM HUT.

WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY BRING. PROJECTED DATE TO OPEN THE KITCHEN IS JUNE 28TH. 

Saunders Farm is a working farm and we grow some of the food we provide.
We are a proud member of Savour Ottawa and we believe passionately in supporting our local farmers so we buy fresh fruit, produce, meats and cheeses directly from Hobb’s Meats,  O’Brien’s Beef, Art-Is-In Bakery, Lyon’s Turkey Farm, Acorn Creek Farm, Glengarry Fine Cheeses, Hall’s Apples, Beking Eggs. We know that locally grown produce is not only a healthier and tastier choice but is better for our environment as it takes less energy to get from farm to fork.

Farm Shop and Bakery

Inside our Farm Shop you can taste delicious fresh-baked foods from our NEW bakery including fresh baked scones, croissants, cookies and other treats. We also serve espresso, cappuccino, water and juices. You can also find delicious mustards, relishes, jams and other condiments in our Farm shop.

At our walk up restaurant you will find Local burgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers, Fresh-cut fries, Ploughman’s lunch, daily specials, veggies and dip, cold drinks.

After running around our farm for a few hours you’ll want to stop for a snack. Try our fresh soft serve ice cream and sundaes, kettle corn, and cold drinks.
