To celebrate our amazing community of farmers and foodies, Chef Whitney returns with an amazing series of dinners on the Farm. Where better to have a farm fresh meal than on a real working farm? Our local menus are prepared by Chef’s Whitney Toogood and our culinary team and features food grown on the Farm and by our Farmer friends.


Family Harvest Feast August 27th, 2017

Jessica’s a-Maze-ing homemade breads with honey butter

Spit Roasted 5 spice local leg of lamb

Tandoori roasted local chickens (not spicy)

Heirloom tomato and beet salad with local feta, mint, basil and foraged greens

Batata Harra (lemon herb and garlic roasted local potatoes)  

Fresh Summer Succotash – roasted local patty pan squash, green beans, local corn with lemon and Maldon salt

Table Fondue – warm chili infused chocolate and salted cardamom caramel drizzled over local harvest fruits, buttery pound cake, toasted nuts and local cheese
