Have the Best Summer Ever at Farm Camp!

We’re committed to providing safe, healthy and fun summer day camp programming for children ages 5-12. Our campers get plenty of fresh air, imagination, and exploration all week long! Plus, and maybe most excitingly for parents, lunches are included.

Here’s how it works

Begin the registration process! You can review our availability, and request placement with a friend at this stage in the process. You’ll let us know about your kid’s needs, dietary preferences and medical details.

Once this is complete, your spot at Farm Camp is locked and loaded!

Pop by Drop-off

Kindly drop off your campers through the Farmshop in front of Farmer Bill’s Treehouse at 9am unless they are registered for pre-camp, in which case they are welcome anytime after 8am! If your camper tends to struggle at transitions, budget a little extra time for goodbyes on the first day.

Learn, Play, Grow

Your kids can take advantage of our jumbo jumpers, splash pad, wagon rides, mazes and epic playgrounds throughout the day.

Our staff and CITs are always dreaming up fun theme days, crafts and daily activities too! You’ll receive all these details a week before you attend.

Munch on Lunch

This is not a drill! Lunch is provided every day! Our on-site chef prepares farm-fresh meals every day which will also be outlined in an email from our Camp Director.

We will do our very best to accommodate all dietary requirements. Please send your child with a water bottle and a snack.

Time to get your camper

Pick up your camper at Farmer Bill’s Treehouse through the Farmshop at 4pm. Unless they are registered for post-camp, in which case they are welcome to stay until 5pm! Remember to dry and re-pack wet bathing suits and towels. See you in the morning!

To Dye For: Camp Shirts

On day one of Farm Camp, each child attending camp will receive their very own limited edition camp t-shirt to keep. They will use their creative minds to tie-dye the t-shirt in their own style and they get to wear their shirt for the rest of the week.

FAQ

We love when friends come to Farm Camp together! Upon registration, there is a section in the Camper Information Form that asks if they would like to be grouped with anyone else registered for farm camp. Let us know the first and last name of your campers friend(s) and we will do our very best to make sure they are grouped together. *If you have multiple campers joining us with multiple friends, please specify which camper would like to be paired with which friend*

Our policy is that our campers must be already be five years old at the beginning time of their camp session to be eligible to register.

Of course! Our kitchen team does everything they can to accommodate every camper’s allergies and dietary restrictions, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. Please make sure to make your camper’s allergies very clear upon registration when filling out the Camper Information Form. This way, we can be prepared with substitutions on day one. Note that we provide nut-free options but are not a nut-free facility.

Sadly, at this time we do not offer a shuttle service for campers to get to Saunders Farm. We encourage car-pooling with other camp families.

The Farm Camp tax receipt is on your confirmation email that you receive after you register for Farm Camp.

We try to make Farm Camp as inclusive as possible within our capacity! Please contact farmcamp@saundersfarm.com to speak to the Camp Director about your child and their needs at camp. Our policy is if after the first day we feel that we can not support your child, we will require them to attend camp with a support worker.

We have 10 campers per group led by 1 counsellor and 1 CIT.
