School Group Packages
Our great big green space is a safe, engaging spot for your students to have fun, explore and celebrate. Our packages span different price points and offerings, with something for every group. Email us info@saundersfarm.com to receive a quote and to chat!
Field Trip
A day of open-ended, nature-based learning through play, with fun features changing with the season. We supply a map to help you self-guide during your visit and provide your wagon ride and puppet showtimes! Prices may be subject to change for the 2023 season. Field Trips are available summer and fall.
- $19.50/person + HST, minimum of 20 people
- 4-hour time block, from 10am-2pm
- Bring your own lunch, eat in the sunshine!
- Enjoy access to farm activities, wagon ride included!
Grad Retreat
Take some time to exhale after a job well done! Let us celebrate your grads with a day of fun times and tasty eats. We supply lunch, and accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Prices may be subject to change for the 2023 season. Grad Retreats are only available in the spring and summer.
- $35.99/person + HST, minimum of 30 people
- 5 hour time block, from 9am-2pm
- BBQ burger lunch provided indoors!

Student Tours
Touring Ottawa and need a place to let your group out to blow off some steam and have a full day of farm-fresh fun before you get back on the bus? Take advantage of our wide open spaces and fun facilities. We provide a delicious, seated lunch or dinner and accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Prices may be subject to change for the 2023 season. Student Tours are only available in the spring.
- $42.99/person + HST, minimum of 30 people
- 4 hour time block, from 10am-2pm or 4pm-8pm
- RhuBBQ chicken meal provided buffet-style!

Yes, certainly. Quotes can be requested by emailing us and letting us know the package you would like along with how many people you are expecting. A quote will be emailed to you by our team.
During visit confirmation, your coordinator will discuss allergies and special dietary restrictions and help to accommodate those needs. We will absolutely accommodate all dietary restrictions to the best of our abilities. Some special items may incur an additional charge.
Saunders Farm’s Chef and Food Team will be happy to create a delicious and amazing meal for your wedding. This also helps ensure the best quality food at very reasonable prices. Outside caterers are not permitted.
We do not have air-conditioning. Our farm facilities are well-ventilated and have lots of shade around them. We do have large fans for very hot days.
Yes, definitely! We source materials from a variety of vendors and can find the perfect item for your special day.
